Senator Ben Stevens gave notice of reconsideration on SENATE                                        
RESOLUTION NO. 5 and moved and asked unanimous consent that it                                      
be taken up at this time. Without objection, it was so ordered and the                              
resolution was before the Senate on reconsideration.                                                
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO.                                       
5 Relating to the National Day of Prayer, pass the Senate?" The roll
